The survey of this office building was undertaken as part of a maintenance tender process on behalf of a client who had recently acquired the property.

The survey encompassed the external grounds, external building fabric and internal building fabric on a room by room / area by area basis in order to collate information on these elements (Assets) and to provide an initial condition assessment. This was a large report incorporating a lot of useful data in one document and produced in excel spreadsheet format.

The report was included in the tender documents together with asset registers for the mechanical & electrical servicers in order to assist the maintenance contractors in submitting their tenders and to assist the client’s Facilities Manager downstream with management of the maintenance contract.
