Access for construction works adjacent the site boundary was severely restricted. Following negotiating with the adjoining owner a scaffold over sailing licence was agreed in order to permit over sailing of the adjacent property, thereby gaining significantly improved access for construction work. This enabled the work to be completed to a higher standard and more efficiently.
