The site was located near Tamworth adjacent to the canal and retained part of a former boat-yard building.

Advice was given to the developer regarding compliance with the Party Wall Act in respect of new walls and foundations adjacent the site boundaries.

Party wall notices were then served on the owners of the adjoining public house. Following negotiations with their surveyor a party wall agreement was put in place enabling construction to proceed. Construction work was then monitored for compliance with the agreement.
