Our client was looking to take a 10 year lease on this property and required support with a condition survey and organising a fit out of the office space and provision of new canteen, offices and space heating within the warehouse area.
Scheme plans and a schedule of works were prepared and prices then obtained from contractors. This included specialist input with the building mechanical and electrical services.
Space heating was a particular challenge in order to balance effectiveness with cost in use, sustainability and initial capital outlay and a number of options were considered and evaluated.
Building regulations and landlord approvals were obtained and the project was completed on time to a tight programme and within budget.
