Planning Approval

The brief was to create a studio office with attached garage and car port. The building was sited to overlook a lake and create a very pleasant working environment.

During scheme design consultations took place with the local planning authority to develop a design which met both planning requirements and those of the client. Planning consent for the development was then obtained.

Plan form and roof pitches break up the mass, which together with exposed oak framing, timber boarded cladding and traditional roof tiles ensure it fits well into its rural setting.
