Advice was given to the client and building contractor regarding a proposed tower crane over sailing adjoining properties. A review of crane positioning and type enabled over sailing to be minimised.

Negotiations were then undertaken with the owners of adjoining properties where over sailing of a boundary was still required and crane over sailing agreements where put in place to ease construction work.
