A survey of a very interesting herring bone brick paneled and oak framed cottage over looking the Malvern Hills.

A detailed survey was undertaken in order to advise the client on the condition of the building structure and fabric and extent of remedial work required to restore this wonderful building.

Due to its listed building status consent was required for some aspects of the proposed restoration and improvement work. Consultations were undertaken with the Local Authority Planning department in order to agree a schedule of works and construction details which enabled listed building consent to be obtained for our client.
