Our client’s leasehold properties had not been maintained by the landlord in accordance with the lease. We were commissioned to carry out a dilapidations survey and provided an expert witness report to assist the client in taking court action against the landlord.

Services included consultations with the client’s solicitor and council and attending court to give evidence. The findings of the report were accepted by the court and a court order is now awaited.
