Following detailed review of lease obligations, a survey was undertaken to identify current and anticipated dilapidations in order to advise the client of their potential liability for repairs and reinstatement work under the terms of the leases.

Budget costs were also provided for dilapidations accruals within the company accounts (off-settable against Corporation Tax).
