A detailed condition survey of this timber framed Community Centre was undertaken comprising a visual inspection of theinternal and external areas including the structure, external and internal fabric of the building with brief inspection of the kitchen and sanitary fittings.

The report advised on maintenance and repair works currently required and anticipated in the near future, including replacement of flat roof coverings, in order to assist the management team to prioritise and forward plan maintenance and repair works.
