The client was advised regarding compliance with the Party Wall Act in respect of party walls, and construction of piled foundations and new walls to be constructed adjacent the site boundaries.

Required notices were served on adjoining property owners and following  negotiations party wall agreements were put in place to enable construction to proceed.

Record schedules of condition were prepared on the adjoining properties and construction work was monitored for compliance with the party wall agreements.
