We offer an audit and review service of existing maintenance contracts.

We provide objective advice in respect of existing arrangements and can provide support with setting up appropriate maintenance contracts encompassing building fabric as well as mechanical and electrical plant and equipment. Contracts are tailored according to the clients maintenance policy, SLA’s, management control requirements and current legislation.

A risk assessment of the buildings, areas of accommodation, building fabric elements, mechanical and electrical systems is undertaken to determine appropriate maintenance procedures.

This ensures that the client’s available maintenance budget is directed at higher priority assets and supporting their business needs.

Advice regarding re-modelling of maintenance procedures can also be given and the risks of deferring or reducing maintenance identified so that informed decisions can be made in cost saving exercises.

We also undertake asset condition surveys to identify backlog maintenance and remedial works required and capital replacement work needed to maintain assets in serviceable order. Budget costs can be provided to assist with maintenance and capital works budgeting.
