We provide an in house design service for smaller value projects generally up to £0.5m construction value, depending on building use and complexity. We can offer building design as well as mechanical and electrical services design. We can also assist with structural design through one of our business associates.
This service includes preparation of drawings, specifications and tender documentation, as well as local authority Planning, Listed Building and Building Regulations applications.
Design co-ordination as an addition to our Project Management service can also be undertaken on larger value projects, where the client wishes to engage their own design team separately.
Initial scheme design can also be undertaken on larger value projects where procurement via a design and build contract is preferred.
The combined experience of our design team covers a wide range of property types and uses including new build, refurbishment and restoration projects.
